Join and Go!

Secure Your Room

When you book your stay at the host hotel, you’ll down cut on travel expenses to and from the conference. Lodging at the host hotel puts you in the center of the action and gives you more time to enjoy the conference! Rooms are filling up fast, especially for the days leading up to the conference (January 25 – 27 is when our Pre-Con Classes take place). Register now to lock in a discounted hotel rate. After the 19th, any remaining rooms reserved for Imaging USA in the hotel block will be released for general sale. The discounted group rate will also expire after this date, so book your room soon!

Worth the Wait – Show Specials

The expo floor will offer tons of discounts in the form of Show Specials. If you can, hold off until late January and see if you can find a better deal at the expo on a huge range of products.

Pre-con classes also offer attendees the ability to purchase equipment used during the session at a discounted price from the Pixel Connection store. A Cleaning and Calibration station will also be offered by Pixel Connection from January 25 – 27. In mid-December, the Imaging USA app will be available for download and will allow you to browse Pixel Connection's PDF listing of all the equipment on sale at the show. Stay tuned!

Parking Discount

Imaging USA attendees have the convenience of walking a short distance to the Kentucky International Convention Center from any of the six host hotels. In the case you need to pay for parking, view the parking discount and hourly prices here. As for airport parking, book through CheapAirportParking and use the discount code Imaging to save $10 on your airport parking.
