Are you ready for Imaging USA? Here are a few tips and reminders to help you make the most of the show.

Print Your Badge Early

After you’ve checked in, visit the Registration area to print your badge. It’s located in the Center Prefunction, Convention Center, Level 3.

Thursday, Jan. 30.............................8:00am–5pm CT
Friday, Jan. 31..................................8:00am–5pm CT
Saturday, Feb. 1..............................8:00am–7:00pm CT*
Sunday, Feb. 2................................7:00am–7:00pm CT
Monday, Feb. 3...............................7:00am–7:00pm CT
Tuesday, Feb. 4..............................7:00am–7:00am CT

*On Saturday, there is a satellite registration counter in the Vineyard Tower. You can print your badge there if you are attending a Deep Dive Pre-Conference class. Staff will be there to help from 9am-5:30pm.

Important Reminders on the Venue and Parking

• Please remember the Gaylord Texan is a cashless facility. This means they only accept credit cards for payment, which includes front desk, food and beverage locations, retail, parking, and special events. 
• Get your parking pass validated! For guests arriving by car, a parking attendant will be stationed in the registration area during set hours. After hours, a parking sticker will be available at the registration desk in the Center Prefunction Area, or the kiosk located outside the Tate Ballroom.

For the first time ever, you can vote on your favorite images during the IPC Finale on Monday night! Use your smartphone to join the fun and compare your picks with the judges’ decisions.

Pack Your Cowboy Boots and Prepare to Party!  

For those interested, the Welcome Party will be rhinestone-cowboy themed this year. That means wear your denim, cowboy boots, hat, bolo tie, and accessorize with little bling!
The Texas General Store will also be selling western straw, leather, felt and faux customizable hats. Custom options include bolo ties, belt buckles, and more! 

Join us at the Closing Party on Tuesday night and close the chapter on your conference experience while having a blast!
