Travel Hacks for the Conference

We want every aspect of your experience at Imaging USA is the best it can be, so take a peek at some of these travel tips we've prepared for your trip. They'll help you have a great experience from the moment you step foot out your door.  

All Aboard!

Driving to Imaging USA? Set your favorite navigation device to 1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, TX 76051. Parking concerns? Imaging USA attendees have the convenience of walking a short distance from their hotel rooms in the Gaylord Texan to the rooms of the convention center. If you're driving and need somewhere to park your car, get more details on discounted parking here. We will have dedicated staff at the registration area to help ensure you receive your discounted parking rate.

Also, travelers planning to fly to Imaging USA can book their parking at a discount with CheapAirport Parking. Just enter the code Imaging to receive $10 off your total. 

Bring the Family Too

If you're traveling to the show with family or friends, make sure everyone has a pass. You can grab a Free Expo + Pass for them here.

Print Your Badge Early

After you’ve checked in, visit the Registration area to print your badge. It’s located in the Center Prefunction, Convention Center, Level 3. 
If you need help navigating, open up your Imaging USA app and access our handy maps to help get you there. Or, ask our staff, wearing the red shirts for help getting there!

Thursday, Jan. 30.............................8:00am–5pm CT
Friday, Jan. 31..................................8:00am–5pm CT
Saturday, Feb. 1..............................8:00am–7:00pm CT*
Sunday, Feb. 2................................7:00am–7:00pm CT
Monday, Feb. 3...............................7:00am–7:00pm CT
Tuesday, Feb. 4..............................7:00am–7:00am CT

*On Saturday, there is a satellite registration counter in the Vineyard Tower. You can print your badge there if you are attending a Deep Dive Pre-Conference class. Staff will be there to help from 9am-5:30pm.

Come Prepared

Plan Your Packing List

Be sure to pack the conference essentials. Things like a refillable water bottle and a fanny pack may not be top of mind to bring with you, but they sure do make a difference. 
Other ideas of things to bring include comfortable walking shoes, all your chargers, a cell phone power bank, chapstick, hand sanitizer, pens, and gum or mints. 

Keep in mind our Welcome Party theme, Rhinestone Cowboy. If you have anything western to wear, bring it!
