Marta Ponsko
Marta Ponsko is creative lighting photographer specialising in portrait and maternity. She comes from Poland, working in her studio in Warsaw, bu providing maternity and portrait masterclasses all around the world. Marta started her photography career in 2015 as a newborn photographer. Her passion for studio lighting lead her to become recognisable in maternity and portrait genre. She is well known from developing a unique style called neon maternity portraits which are created with the use of gel lighting techniques. Her work has been awarded in several European maternity photography contests and she was awarded with a title of MATERNITY PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR by Regard d’auteur association. Her images were published in Hazlmag (cover picture), Nikon Magazine and on 3 book covers. Marta is a member of 3 photography associations and takes part in several photo contests as a jury member. She was also a speaker on maternity, newborn and portrait congresses in China, Spain, Portugal, Italy, UK, USA, Germany, Bulgaria, Kazachstan, Ukraine and Poland. She started educating photographers in 2018, teaching studio lighting techniques, creative portraiture, posing techniques, retouching and educating how to build successful photography business in maternity and newborn genres. She graduated from marketing and business development faculty and has 16 years of experience in sales, business and marketing working as marketing director prior to becoming a photographer. She is skilled with social media management.
