Early Bird Conference Pricing

The best option for photographers interested in attending this year's conference is to register now in and save! You'll lock in the early bird price and take $50 off your ticket. This discount expires the first week of December! Register now to secure the early bird price and save $50. 

Host Hotel Discounts

Another great way to save on the cost of your trip is to book your stay at one of our two Imaging USA host hotels. Not only will you save on transportation, but you'll also enjoy PPA's discounted pricing. You'll also be right in the epicenter of all the action. Walk to the parties, network in the hotel, and save money on transportation to & from the show. 

When booking your hotel, be sure to log on and book your room via desktop, rather than your mobile. In order to access the discounted hotel rate, you must go through Imaging USA's Travel Page to access specialized links for each of the hotels. If you don't book through the links provided on the Travel Page, you won't get the discount and you'll likely receive a message that the hotel rooms are "sold out." Don't worry! Head back to the Imaging USA travel page and book via the link for the Gaylord or Embassy Suites!

One last reason for booking at the Imaging USA Host Hotels is that by doing so, you'll also help us keep our registration fees down!
